 Splanky design is based on a pattern from 1939. A colorful stretchable blouse with puffy sleeves and contrasting collar and cuffs. The trim can be any color depending on the main material. It can be decorated with a bow or two matching buttons. We can also put a button on each sleeve instead of the cuffs, as an option. The price of the blouse will depend on the fabric you choose.
